Withdrawal Guide

🔁 Withdrawal Guide

In BeMiner, users can withdraw their earnings or deposited assets through a smooth and secure process — initiated from the Wallet button in the header of any page.

🖱️ Just click WalletWithdraw to begin.

🪪 Step 1: Open the Wallet Popup

  • Click the Wallet button on the top-right

  • Choose the Withdraw tab

  • A new popup will open titled "List Crypto"

💰 Step 2: Select the Coin

  • You’ll see a list of supported coins (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH, etc.)

  • Choose the coin you want to withdraw

🌐 Step 3: Choose the Network

Depending on the selected coin, you may have multiple withdrawal networks to choose from:

  • BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain)

  • ERC20 (Ethereum)

  • TRC20 (Tron)

  • Polygon, etc.

⚠️ Make sure the destination address is compatible with the selected network. Sending to the wrong network can result in permanent loss.

✍️ Step 4: Enter Details

You’ll now be asked to:

  1. Enter the Withdrawal Address (copy from your personal wallet)

  2. Select the Amount — either manually, or by using quick buttons (Min / 20% / 50% / Max)

🔐 Step 5: Confirm the Request

Once you’ve entered the address and amount:

  • Click the red Confirm button

  • You’ll be taken to a verification screen to confirm the withdrawal

The type of verification depends on your account settings:

  1. If 2FA is NOT enabled: A 6-digit code will be sent to your registered email. Enter this code to proceed.

  2. If 2FA is enabled: You will be asked to enter the 6-digit code from your Google Authenticator app.

  3. If both Email and 2FA are enabled: You must complete both verifications to proceed.

⏱️ Step 6: Await Processing

Once confirmed:

  • The request will be submitted to the blockchain

  • Status updates will appear in the Transactions section of the Wallet popup

Most withdrawals are processed quickly but may take a few minutes depending on network traffic.

✅ Tips for Safe Withdrawals

  • Always double-check the withdrawal address before confirming

  • Ensure you are using the correct network for the destination wallet

  • Never share your 2FA code or email code with anyone
