What is BEM and how is it valued?
BEM is BeMiner’s internal token, pegged 1:1 to USD. That means 1 BEM = 1 USD. You can use BEM to activate mining plans or swap it with other cryptocurrencies on the platform.
Can I buy BEM directly with my wallet?
No. First, you must deposit any supported cryptocurrency (like USDT, BTC, etc.), then use the built-in **Swap** feature to convert it to BEM.
What happens to my BEM when I start mining?
Your BEM is subscribed to the mining pool — it is not spent or lost. It continues generating rewards until you stop mining.
Do I lose BEM when I stop mining?
No. When you stop mining, your original BEM is returned to your wallet along with the accumulated mining rewards.
Can I mine with BTC, USDT, or other tokens directly?
No. Only BEM can be used for mining. You must swap your crypto to BEM first using the **Swap** feature.

Can I change my registered email?
Yes. Go to your **Profile Settings > General**, update your email, and confirm it through the verification link sent to your old address.
What if I forget my 2FA code?
You’ll need to contact support. They’ll verify your identity and help reset your 2FA.
Can I disable 2FA?
Yes, you can disable it directly from your account settings — unless you’ve lost access, in which case you must contact support.
Can I change my username or full name?
Yes. You can update both from the **General Settings** section without any limits or restrictions.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click **"Forgot Password?"** Enter your registered email and submit. A **6-digit code** will be sent to your inbox — enter it to set a new password.

What happens if I deposit to the wrong address?
- If the address is not owned by BeMiner, the funds are unrecoverable. - If you use the correct address but the **wrong network** (e.g., send ERC20 to a BEP20 address), we can still recover it since both networks share the same address.
Are there any withdrawal or swap fees?
No. BeMiner charges **zero fees** on both withdrawals and swaps.
Can I deposit from an exchange like Binance or Coinbase?
Yes, you can deposit from any exchange — just make sure you select the correct **network** (e.g., BEP20, TRC20, etc.) before sending.
Are withdrawals processed on weekends?
Yes. BeMiner’s system processes withdrawals automatically 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
Do you support fiat withdrawals?
No. BeMiner supports crypto-only withdrawals. However, we offer guides on how to convert crypto to local currency using P2P platforms like Binance.
🔁 Swap & Wallet
Why did I receive slightly less than the estimated swap amount?
BEM value is fixed (1 BEM = 1 USD), but market cryptocurrencies like BTC, ETH, or SOL fluctuate based on real-time prices — affecting conversion rates.
Can I reverse a swap transaction?
Yes — but only manually. While swap transactions are instant and irreversible once submitted, you can always perform a second swap to convert the coin back to its original form. For example, if you swapped USDT to BEM, you can later swap BEM back to USDT at the current market rate.
How can I track my swap history?
You can view all your swap transactions in the **Transactions** section found in your profile dropdown. It includes the coin exchanged, date, and amount.
🎯 Referral & Bonuses
Is there a bonus for the person I referred?
No. Referral rewards are only given to the inviter — not the invitee. Here's how it works: - You don’t earn anything when your invitee signs up or deposits. - You earn **15%** of the **mining rewards** they generate — not from their deposit, but from what they actually earn via mining.
Example: If your friend mines 100 BEM worth of rewards, you earn 15 BEM as referral commission.
How do I know who registered with my referral link?
Inside your referral dashboard, you can see: - Who registered - How much they deposited - Their mining earnings - The rewards you earned from each one
Can I track each referred user's performance?
Yes. The referral dashboard provides a breakdown of deposits, mining output, and your earned commission for every referred user.

Where can I see all my transaction history?
Click your profile picture → select **Transactions**. You’ll find a complete log of: - Deposits - Withdrawals - Swaps - Mining activity

Does the platform work in all countries?
Yes. BeMiner is accessible worldwide with no geo-restrictions.
Can I change the website language or currency view?
